- T-HCS Models: Humidity sensor with 4 preset thresholds (60%, 70%, 80%, 90%). Includes timer for post-deactivation delay (3–20 minutes).
- PIR Models: Infrared presence sensor triggers fan activation when occupants are detected. Includes timer for delayed shut-off after room is vacated (3–20 minutes).
